SSAM is a unified messaging system designed to integrate and extend the functionality of your PBX.
 
SSAM collects phone messages when you cannot answer to incoming calls,
allows you to add a personal welcome message and forward messages to other voice mailboxes.
 
SSAM allows also the management of the Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) of your IP phones, to highlight the presence of messages not yet heard.
 
Furthermore, MWI will be synchronized independently from the
methods of consultation of your messages (web and phone).
 

 

 

Access to your messages from anywhere

SSAM allows to access and manage these messages from anywhere, at any time, regardless of access device or media type. SSAM delivers a personal Voice Mail with advanced functionalities of messages management and consultation, leaving users access their voice messages in different ways.
 
Voicemail access via phone
This is the standard feature that the user can find in all PBX. He/she can dial the voicemail pilot number from his/her phone and directly insert his/her PIN to manage voicemails from his/her ip phone. Or else, the user can dial from outside the company, insert his/her extension number and PIN and access his/her voicemails.
 
Voicemail access via web
The user can access to new voicemails and:
  • Listen through the Play button (or Save As with right mouse click on this button)
  • Save the voicemail to the Saved message box with the disk button
  • Delete the voicemail with the trash button
Voicemail access via e-mail
If the option "forward message to email" on the user web administration is checked, the user will receive every new message as an audio attachment to an email.

Support for all trial versions
Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
 
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan.  In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device.  This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.
