SkyStone ACD handles redundancy and scalability of SkyStone services by activating more than one server. In fact, if you need to use additional servers to handle the necessary number of Skype channels, you can user SkyStone ACD to sort out the calls among different servers
Automatic lookup
Direct Dial In
SkyStone ACD automatic lookup allows to define the number of simultaneous calls you can receive on the same Skype account (tipically the account of the company). The maximum number depends on the number of Skype channels configured in SkyStone and it is possible to send the busy tone when the defined number of calls has been reached
SkyStone ACD also allows to configure specific routings matching a Skype account with the corresponding internal extension number. In this way, SkyStone sends the request for connection to a specific extension to the PBX.
