Blue’s One allows you, with a single search, to find on the fly a contact in all your phone books and no need to waste your time to remember where you saved a contact name or a telephone number. Blue’s One integrates with Microsoft Outlook 2000-2007, Windows Mail, with all products of the Blue’s Call Management Suite, with SalesFroce CRM and you databases such as MS Access, Excel, SQL Server, Active Directory, LDAP, ODBC, SkyStone (Skype gateway), Exchange, etc.
With one click you can directly access the Outlook contact card or the equivalent card in any other CRM-ERP system integrated with Blue’s One by means of the free Software Develompment Kit (SDK).

Blue’s One easily analyses your personal communication in real time. Easy to understand charts and tables will display stats about your telephone habits.
Blue’s One registry also shows your call and text message details for you to quickly know how frequently you are calling a person or details about your last call.

 

 

 

With notification pop-up, Blue’s One let you know who is calling by associating the caller number with the name available in the connected address books.
Click on the contact icon to access to the full contact card available in your CRM - ERP.

If you missed a call, a message on your desktop will be prompted and will stay active to inform about the caller details so that you can call your contact back on the fly.

With Voice Memory is the ideal solution to record your calls

Blue’s One integrates with Blue’s Voice Memory to record any conversation on your PC’s hard disk in MP3 format, automatically associating the phone book contact name to the recording file name.

Blue’s One installs on the user PC and controls the telephone set in TAPI mode.
The required PC characteristics are:
  • 1 GHz or higher processor
  • 512 MB Ram
  • 10/100 Ethernet Mbps port
  • 250 MB free hard disk space
  • Windows XP, Vista, 7 operating systems both 32 and 64 bit

Imagicle solutions are based on technological stardards and therefore candidate to operate with many of the most used systems present on the market. Support for all trial versions
Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
 
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan.  In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device.  This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.

You require an Expansion license in order to extend your standard license for example up to the number of extensions monitored with your accounting and billing software, or to expand the number of channels for you IP Fax server. 
You require an Upgrade license in order to upgrade to the new version of your product. If your product is covered by an Imagicle Care Gold Plan the upgrades are free of charge for you.
