MeetNow integrates with any VoIP system for making up high density audio conferences.
MeetNow Audio accepts incoming calls and adds them to a virtual room. Participants can also be automatically called.

The user can be a guest (listen only) or moderator (active participant) according to the entered code. You can have several simultaneous rooms/meetings where the total participants in all the rooms does not exceed the license limit.
Thanks to the direction tool, guests can request to intervene by pressing a button on their phone and the moderator may authorize them.
MeetNow is specifically designed for meetings between a single speaker and several passive participants taking part to the meeting only with listening purposes, as if it was a broadcast.

Architecture

Use a web interface to schedule meetings, define PIN access codes and the maximum number of participants.
Participants can call or be automatically called by MeetNow at a scheduled meeting time.
You can access the virtual room (that may be protected by a PIN code) as a guest where you can only listen (passive mode, listen only).
You can be appointed moderator by dialing a code, at this stage you can talk in this room.
If necessary, more moderators can be present in the same room, provided you do not exceed the license limits.

MeetNow accepts incoming calls and add them to a virtual conference room, according to the called number. Users can be internal or public via landline gateways.
MeetNow integrates with any H.323/SIP device and with your Unified Communication system network, crossing the limits of the proprietary technologies and offering new integration features.
Call to take part to the meeting or wait for the call
Thanks to MeetNow you can take part to the scheduled meeting by calling the given number or wait to be con-tacted by MeetNow at the scheduled meeting time.
If you forgot to contact a participant, you can still invite him by sending and invitation from within the room by pressing the given key sequence, directly from your phone.

As of 2011.6 all the imagicle applications support 64 bit MS Windows Server OS.
If you are planning to use TAPI based applications (as Blues' Attendant), please verify your PBX TAPI driver does support 64 bit OS. If not supported we recommend to use a 32 bit OS or check with our sales team how implementing your solution as some workarounds are available.
Ex: Cisco UCM does NOT support 64 bit TAPI driver until version 8.5. |

Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan. In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device. This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.
