Blue’s Attendant Enterprise simplifies the job for all your company telephone operators. Managing incoming calls has never been so easy: you will see the name of the caller treated accordingly to VIP status, check the status of your colleagues at a glance and park or even transfer the call directly to a busy extension (camp-on).

Purchase of expensive telephones and panels is not required, thus dramatically allowing you to saving on operator terminal consoles. Furthermore, as the Product is licensed by concurrent users, you can purchase a single license for workspaces shared by several operators.

Contact search, via a single search field in ‘Google’ mode, inherits visibility rights in terms of personal and public phonebooks and provides an easy search among your Company extension list.

 

Telephone status and presence monitoring
 
Available in Professional version also for partially sighted and blind operators
Blue’s Attendant Enterprise not only includes a presence engine querying several sources and displays the ‘status indications’ of your Company users, but also provides operators with the telephone status of extensions and, optionally:
  • presence status managed by external Presence Servers
  • Skype users presence status
  • Presence status provided by other Company systems (such as calendars)
 
Blue’s Attendant is also available in Professional version, affordable and suitable for those operators who are not interacting with multiple queue environments.
 
Blue’s Attendant Professional guarantees accessibility for partially sighted and blind operators (certified by the institute for blind people F. Cavazza).
 
Strongly disabled personnel can use this software in combination with on or more auxiliary PC interaction tools, especially Zoom Magnifier, Braille Display and voice synthesizer.

Blue’s Attendant Professional can be used in combination with Blue’s Attendant Enterprise in mixed mode, in order to satisfy different requirements of different operator profiles.
Advanced queue and statistic management thanks to Queue Manager
 
The perfect integration with Queue Manager Enterprise, our ACD software that allows you to easily handle multiple queues, makes of Blue’s Attendant Enterprise a full-featured operator console solution, offering queue management feature and advanced statistics, also allowing the operator to log on to a specific queue and restore a call automatically or selectively.

Ex: Cisco UCM does NOT support 64 bit TAPI driver until version 8.5.

Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
 
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan.  In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device.  This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.

You require an Expansion license in order to extend your standard license for example up to the number of extensions monitored with your accounting and billing software, or to expand the number of channels for you IP Fax server. 
You require an Upgrade license in order to upgrade to the new version of your product. If your product is covered by an Imagicle Care Gold Plan the upgrades are free of charge for you.
