Where do I get the License code to activate my product ?

The license code is received from Imagicle after purchasing a software product

How activating your Imagicle licenses

The license activation process must be completed once for each product you purchased, to activate the product.
The activation process consists in 3 simple steps:

•  Go to http://www.imagicle.com/go/activation and insert your license code received by email.

•  Fill in the registration form providing:

•  Customer info, this is very important for receiving support. Don't use reseller or fake info.

•  Request String of your installation. See “Retrieving request string” section for details

•  Click on the Activate button

 

•  Copy the Response String/Unlock code provided and paste into the activation tool of your Imagicle installed product. See “Insert the response/unlock codes” section for details.

 

Minor updates provide fixes and new functionality within the same major version, ex: 3.1 to 3.2
If you install a new package within the same major version, you don't need to activate the products again.
If you have a CARE BASIC or GOLD contract, you can download and install the updates free of charge.

Major updates are new product packages released by Imagicle with big changes and new products, requiring new license codes. If you have a CARE GOLD contract, you may request the new licenses to admin@imagicle.com before downloading and installing the updates

 

 

Retrieving request string

The serial number/request string is the code generated by the application after installation and identifying the application on that specific PC/Server.
The following sections show how retrieving the serial/request string for each Imagicle application, please refer to the interested one.

 

Billy Blues

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation utility:

 

START -> PROGRAMS -> STONEVOICE APPLICATION SUITE -> ACTIVATE BILLY BLUE'S

 

 

Blue's Pro, Blue's Hotel, Blue's Enterprise

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation utility:

 

START -> PROGRAMS -> BLUE'S -> ACTIVATE BLUE'S

 

 

Blue's One

You can access to the activation tool directly from the application:

 

 

StoneFax, Fax2IP, IVR Manager, Queue Manager, Billy, Speedy, Stonelock, SSAM, Concerto

Log in to the Application Suite web interface as administrator ( http://server_ip_address/fw ):

 

 

IVR Studio

Log in to the IVR Studio interface ( http://server_ip_address/devicemnt ) and select the Security link:

 

 

SkyStone, SkyStone ACD

Log in to the SkyStone or SkyStone ACD web interface ( http://server_ip_address:7505 ) and:

•  For SkyStone: click SKYSTONE, then License status

•  For SkyStone ACD: click LICENSE


 

 

MeetNow

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation utility:

 

START -> PROGRAMS -> STONEVOICE VIDEO SUITE -> ACTIVATE LICENSES

 

 

 

Insert the response/unlock codes

The response string (also known as unlock code) is the code obtained from Imagicle through the activation procedure to activate/unlock permanently the installed application.

The response string is obtained after having provided the license code and the request string.
It does activate the product on the PC/Server which has generated that request string.

The following sections show how inserting the response string for each Imagicle application to activate it, please refer to the interested one.

 

 

BillyBlues

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation utility:

 

START -> PROGRAMS -> STONEVOICE APPLICATION SUITE -> ACTIVATE BILLY BLUE'S

 

 

 

Blue's Pro, Blue's Hotel, Blue's Enterprise

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation utility:

 

START -> PROGRAMS -> BLUE'S -> ACTIVATE BLUE'S

 

 

 

Blue's One

You can access to the activation tool directly from the application:

 

 

StoneFax, Fax2IP, IVR Manager, Queue Manager, Billy, Speedy, Stonelock, SSAM, Concerto

Log in to the Application Suite web interface as administrator ( http://server_ip_address/fw ).

Insert the RESPONSE STRING in the text box of the application to activate and press Save

 

 

 

SkyStone, SkyStone ACD

Log in to the SkyStone or SkyStone ACD web interface ( http://server_ip_address:7505 ) and:

•  For SkyStone: click SKYSTONE, then License status

•  For SkyStone ACD: click LICENSE

Press the REGISTER button.

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation utility:

 

START -> PROGRAMS -> STONEVOICE VIDEO SUITE -> ACTIVATE LICENSES

 

 

 

 

IVR Studio

Log in to the IVR Studio interface ( http://server_ip_address/devicemnt ) and select the Security link:

 

 

 

Retrieving license code and info to access to Imagicle support

The license code is received from Imagicle after purchasing a software product.

After activation, the license code is stored on the PC/Server running the activated application, so it is possible to get the license code through the following procedures, depending on the application.

 

 

BillyBlues

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation utility:

 

START -> PROGRAMS -> STONEVOICE APPLICATION SUITE -> ACTIVATE BILLY BLUE'S

 

 

 

 

Blue's Pro, Blue's Hotel, Blue's Enterprise

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation utility:

 

START -> PROGRAMS -> BLUE'S -> ACTIVATE BLUE'S

 

 

 

 

Blue's One

You can access to the activation tool directly from the application:

Log in to the Application Suite web interface as administrator ( http://server_ip_address/fw ).

Copy the License code of the needed application.

Should the License code column be not available, please copy the full Response String of the needed application, as per the image below:

 

 

 

SkyStone, SkyStone ACD

Log in to the SkyStone or SkyStone ACD web interface ( http://server_ip_address:7505 ) and:

•  For SkyStone: click SKYSTONE, then License status

•  For SkyStone ACD: click LICENSE



Copy the Current License string

 

 

MeetNow

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation utility:

 

START -> PROGRAMS -> STONEVOICE VIDEO SUITE -> ACTIVATE LICENSES

 

Copy the Response string.

 

 

IVR Studio

Not possible to retrieve the license code from the application.
Need to check the email received from Imagicle after purchasing.
